Projekat je osmišljen kao pokret školaraca koji moraju da se indentifikuju s njim, da bude njihov, a ne da im se nameće odozgo.
Školarci i škola su subjekat projekta.

Projekat je uobličen u pokret đaka jer je promena postojećeg odnosa prema školi.

Pookret promoviše, skladno sa karakterom promene i đakom subjektom, i novi jezik školaraca. Sačinjen je od reči koju želimo da afirmišemo “ škola “ i već ustaljenog žargona đaka. Rezultat su afirmativne kovanice, lako pamtljive, žive, interaktivne, I dalje ih stvaraju školarci. Jezik je afirmativni novi žargon.

Projekat je multilevel osnove, savremeni vid višeslojnog uticaja na ciljnu grupu.

Pookret samo definiše i nagrađuje dobro ( biramo naj druga, naj nastavnika, naj školu ) u mladom čoveku u razvoju. Preventiva je agresije.

Projekat nije negacija ili suzbijanje agresije, vec način da se do nje i ne dođe.
